The Eden Residence Club is a mix between a private residence club and a destination club. We own our own real estate but we also contract with other exceptional private clubs around the world and our members place their own homes into the collection to create an exquisitely curated portfolio of properties, which all provide five-star facilities and services.

The Club’s collection provides members with unparalleled access to exceptional nightly rates in the world’s finest private residence and destination clubs, plus a collection of handpicked, privately owned lodges, villas and apartments. Membership comes in the form of a licence to use, not equity.

You can simply browse the private portal or speak directly to your lifestyle assistant to unlock the largest collection of five-star homes in the world. If you’re travelling solo or as a couple, we have one bedroom residences, while families or small groups may indulge in our two bed residences in city or ski locations or three or four bedroom residences in beach and lifestyle locations with prices are typically capped at US $1250 per night.

In cases where clubs provide special offers or greater discounts, we always ensure these are passed onto our members. Thereafter we will book everything for you and you simply pay for nights as and when you use them.

Only other members of the Club, many of whom have placed their own beautiful residences into the collection for you to enjoy, can stay in your property. This ensures a secure and safe community of likeminded luxury homeowners enjoying shared privileges and benefits like no other. 

The Eden Residence Club is a private Club so properties are only marketed to other members, this is done via our private members only website and through newsletter and other member communications. 

1. We pay you 90% of the achieved rental rate.
2. As the Club is private it means your property is not publically visible. This gives you greater security and means that your property is not devalued as it would be if it were placed on a publically accessible rental site.
3. As the Club is also an owner and operator of luxury residences, it can reciprocate with other clubs which gets around the “members-only” rule.
4. You’re renting to a pre-qualified group of fellow members who are discerning travellers governed by the rules and regulations of the Club.

Membership gives you access to not just one luxurious Club in one location, but a global collection of five-star private clubs, run by great brand names. Each partner club has been carefully selected and invited to participate, offering substantially discounted nightly rates to Eden Residence Club members. The average nightly rack rate at these destinations for two, three and four-bedroom properties runs from US $2,000 to US $6,000 per night. 

At The Eden Residence Club you don’t have to acquire an equity stake, meaning you don’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars at risk. You do not need to pre-purchase nights and try to use them. You simply pay as and when you make a reservation. More importantly, there are no swaps, no trying to exchange nights, it’s purely cash (or credit card) on reservation. The Club is evolving daily, adding new destinations globally, with more residences, more adventures and more experiences for you and your family. No but many members do, it is entirely up to you how many nights you wish to add your property into the collection and when. 

The Club makes payment to you monthly via bank transfer during the month following occupation of the residence.

Upon reservation, we will ensure a smooth introduction and handover to the concierge at the destination to take care of activities, excursions, dinner reservations, transfers, groceries, spas etc.
